Emergency Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Rau and Dr. Nguyen share a call to cover after-hours emergencies. As your child grows, it is common for them to have accidents. At times, your child may be in the middle of extensive treatment and have a tooth become painful. We expect these events and are here to help.

Our “on call” phone number was given to you at your initial appointment, or you may find it on one of your appointment cards. If you call our “on call” number, please leave a message, and we will return your call as soon as possible. If you do not leave a message, we will not return your call. You may also text this number. Texts are often received faster.

Sometimes, we share calls with other dentists in neighboring counties. These are dentists that we trust to take care of emergencies in our absence.
