For every friend you refer to Young Smiles, you and your friend will receive a $20 gift card when they complete their first appointment in our office. You can refer as many friends as you would like. Terms and Conditions:

• The referral cannot be an existing patient in our office.
• Family members of existing patients or people living in the same household as existing patients do not qualify for the Refer a Friend program.
• The referral must schedule their appointment directly with Young Smiles.
• The referral must mention your name when they are registering.
• Once the referral completes their first qualifying exam appointment, you will be able to obtain the $20 gift card.
• The $20 gift card is nontransferable.
