We want to make sure that your first visit to Young Smiles is an easy one for you and your child! One of the ways we make your child’s dental appointment in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, more convenient is to provide you with the new patient paperwork ahead of the visit. By completing the new patient paperwork prior to the visit, your child will spend less time in the waiting room and more time with Dr. Clint Rau or Dr. Thao Nguyen. Our dentists will also have the chance to review your child’s medical history before their appointment.
